The President did not Disappoint me at the SOTU Speech

I've got to say that the President did not disappoint in his SOTU speech last week. I know this statement must catch you by surprise(those who have read this blog or seen my Facebook page) that I wasn't disappointed by the great B.O.-I wasn't.
I knew he would talk about MORE spending under the guise of investing-he didn't disappoint.
I knew that he would promise to halt some additional spending after he has spent this nation into near oblivion. He didn't disappoint.
I knew that he would not disappoint in what I thought he would say and let's not be verbose and repeat every inane thing he said.
I wanted to be surprised. I wanted to him him say he had seen the light.-heard the people or simply had bought a calculator that worked.
I wanted him to say that he was suddenly overwhelmed by a wave of common sense(that most Americans already possess)and he was determined that we would not follow Europe's path of financial destruction.
I wanted him to say that Government was too big. That he was firing the CZARS, the EPA, the Department of ED and all the recent commissions, etc. OK, I'm dreaming here)
I wanted him to say he had visited the great Wizard of OZ and he had gotten a brain. A brain that told him Government can't grow jobs-free enterprise can and does.
I wasn't disappointed and he didn't surprise me at all.
