Offended...Yes

I am offended, perturbed and just angry. I went to the Avery software to make a Christmas label for the cookies that my wife was baking for our new neighbors.  I bought the Avery labels and sat at the computer to design the label.  Out of the selections for the Christmas gallery only one had "Merry Christmas" on a template but of course there were no Christian symbolism - there was a Santa hat. The most offensive of all was the Star in the East had not 3 wise men but rather 3 penguins. I am thinking about writing the company.
Is it too must to ask that there be some acknowledgment of the original meaning of Christmas. Why should 75-80% of the American populace(Christians) be relegated to 2nd class citizens?

The PC police are at it again.

Wherever you stand on Phil Roberton's comment about gays the real issue is one of free speech. We have come a long way in this country to the point of inhibiting speech and seeking to destroy such speech and the speaker, especially if you lean right. We are destroying  our first amendment rights in the name of political correctness.

Even "if you like your healthcare plan/doctor/hospital" , etc. has been called "the lie of the year" by a left leaning news organization. He continues to lie and subvert the truth.  The political pundits are keeping alive the lie"if the Republicans don't like Obamacare then they must do more than just
 complain but come up with a plan"(paraphrased). They have, numerous times. Remember the law passed with no Republican vote. Plans were offered and ignored much like happened at the President's Healthcare summit several years ago where he listened but did not hear and talked but would not consider any other alternative than his own. That was the meeting where Paul Ryan schooled him on economics.

The Prez goes to Nelson Mandela's funeral and his speech  was all about himself.  I expected nothing else. He has become an international embarrassment (and this doesn't even take into  consideration the "selfies" that has become mainstream.  It does not matter the situation he is either taking credit or NOT accepting blame  for his own mistakes. He is Mr. Egomaniac (my term) . I heard someone say that we will probably see Obama's picture in the cell where  Mandela  spent 27 years as a prisoner.

When a stage four cancer survivor writes about her healthcare plan that is being dropped after saving her life, spending 1.2 million dollars over the years and providing her with a mix of doctors in 2 states who put together a program that has kept her alive. The O.A. Hatchet man Dan "are his lips moving"  Pfieffer blames her & the insurance company but certainly not a cruddy law written by a butch of liars and idiots.
As I mentioned before the O.A. will continue the blame the "lawful" insurance companies and "greedy "doctors and not the lying politicians.

Do you remember when Obama tried to sell ObamaCare he first attacked doctors as greedy?  People did not like it so he moved to discussing and trying to destroy the insurance companies(which was his plan all along).  The low information  voter and idealogue swallowed it whole.
Now,  we know he lied: "You can keep your PLAN..your DOCTORS...your HOSPITALS. PERIOD".
Again, he is going back and with his minions blaming the Insurance companies (who are following the law).  It is the insurance industry who caused Obama to lie!
We tried to impeach Clinton for far less.  This is worst than Watergate.  He lied repeatedly to the American people and Obama doesnot care.

WOW!  Ben L. (D-NM) asked the Secretary of HHS what can Congress do!?  Wasn't $900 million plus enough?  Let us help by kicking them out.

One other thought.  An estimated 12-19 million are losing their health plans and are being dropped from the insurance company roles of the independent plans. HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL LOSE THEIR JOBS?

One final thought (like in Oregon 100% of enrolees are just added to Medicaid). The federal government will pay for these for the next 3 years and after that THE STATES will pay.  HOW MANY STATES WILL GO BANKRUPT?

STOP BELIEVING THE LIE!
I have been a health insurance agent since 1988 and I can tell you that insurance companies cannot drop you if you pay your premium.  They do not change plans.  You are given options to change deductibles if the price goes up. Unfortunately the HHS and the bureaucrats in DC made a change from the promises given.
All the left-leaning pundits and Democrats talking heads are blaming the insurance but not government incompetence or duplicity.

I am listening to the hearings with the HHS director KS.  I am not surprised that the Dems are rolling over for the director offering support and cream puff questions.  I hope the public remembers these cowards and traitors.  The ACA is a disaster.
Please note that they are all(talking heads, politicians and White House staff) are blaming the insurance companies for abiding by the new laws..  The insurance companies are being squeezed and cannot negegatively reply because they will suffer retribution from HHS and/or the White House.
This is all done to have a Single Payor system.  A government takeover of the Healthcare system.
This has always been the plan.

Our US Senators become more amazing everyday and I don't mean that as a positive thing. Today that are grilling the Apple Execs for their policy of having a Holding Company oversees and sheltering those revenues from the US.  Senatoe Levy a Democrat harrassed the Apple Execs "for no company has the right to determine how much in taxes they should pay to the US government". (paraphrased) He also indicated that Apple wasn't American enough.
Let me understand, Apple paid six Billion in taxes last year ( a government favorite G.E. paisd none but got billions in government subsidies), Apple employs tousands in this company and Apple has not been charged with wrongdoing but will be made to look like fellons.  This is the same method the Dems used against Mitt Romney to alienate an electorate who do not think for themselves.
Lastly thes Senators spend money, increase our taxes and have given us Obamacre.  They are hypocrites.  Rand Paul, Kentucky and Rob Portman out of Ohio were two Senatoers not on the anti-Apple bandwagon.

Benghazi should be a greater crime than Watergate. I have felt this for months. The press has ignored the death of 4 men and the cover-up and incompetence of the Obama administration in particular Hilary and the President. If it had been a Republican administration he would be crucified by now. There were no deaths during Watergate and nothing done would have prevented the lost of the Democratic candidate. If the truth of what happened & Obama's response to 9/11/12 was known he would not have been re-elected. It was a cover-up plain & simple. We owe it all to a complicent press and we do not know that they will cover it now if we had 100 whistleblowers. (see the Nov.2,13 Post) p.s. Our President(and I use that term "our"loosely)since I did not vote for Mr. Obama either time and he has been an awful President from the beginning. Mr. O was out in force with his rhetoric today talking out of both sides of his mouth. Suddenly he is against sequestration when it was his idea in the first place and We have heard this before) he promised his door was open when he has not talked to the Repblicans at all and has made no overtures to hear him out. There is an old saying when you ask if whether or not something someone says is true, "are his lips mpving? The itemsI have mentioned are just a few.
