STOP BELIEVING THE LIE!
I have been a health insurance agent since 1988 and I can tell you that insurance companies cannot drop you if you pay your premium.  They do not change plans.  You are given options to change deductibles if the price goes up. Unfortunately the HHS and the bureaucrats in DC made a change from the promises given.
All the left-leaning pundits and Democrats talking heads are blaming the insurance but not government incompetence or duplicity.
